The Princess Pavilion has four, designated accessible parking spaces available for visitors. The main doors and garden entrance are both reachable via ramped access and all our doors allow for automated entry.
The building has flat floors throughout with no stepped access into any of our spaces and double door entry to allow for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams. Cafe chairs can easily be moved to allow for wheelchair access at the table.

We have a full sensory toilet on site which can accommodate a wheelchair. It is also adapted for neuro-diverse visitors and has baby-changing facilities.

Yes, Friday, Saturday and Sunday day tickets are available, alongside weekend entry.

Yes! There will be both keg and cask gluten-free beers available alongside a variety of cider.

Yes! There will be no and low alcohol beers available.

Yes! There’ll be a range of cider sourced from throughout the UK.

You will receive two beer tokens with your ticket. This will be issued to you on arrival at the festival.
Additional tokens can be bought from the token booths and the box office in denominations of £2.00. All pricing information will be included in your festival programme.
Please note, tokens are NOT refundable so please buy tokens with this in mind.

If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked for proof of ID.
Please ensure you have a valid form of ID with you e.g. a driving license or passport.
Unfortunately, we can't issue your beer tokens if you are unable to provide proof of age, even if you have pre-bought a ticket.

Tokens can be bought in denominations of £2.00. With this in mind, we will not be issuing refunds on any unused beer tokens.
They will be available from the box office and the token booth so you can easily buy them as and when you need to. This avoids having to purchase them in bulk and potentially end up with unspent tokens.

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the venue and gardens. Please be mindful to clean up after your dog.

The Princess Pavilion has a small car park which can accommodate 25 vehicles for our designated drivers.
There is free street parking close to the venue but where possible, we advise arriving on foot or using public transport.
Please do not leave cars in the car park overnight.

Your weekend ticket allows access to the festival from Fri to Sun.
Day tickets are eligible for your chosen day.
All tickets include a branded pint glass, two beer tokens and a festival programme.

Under 18s are welcome to attend the event but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who should be 25+. (Max 2 children per adult).
We will be operating a Challenge 25 policy for the duration of the event.

Friday opening hours are 4pm - 11pm.
Saturday opening hours are 12pm - 10pm.
Sunday opening hours are 12pm - 5pm.

Entry to the festival is through the main entrance of the Princess Pavilion. If you have pre-purchased a ticket, please have this ready for scanning/checking.
If you're lucky enough to look under 25, you may be asked for ID, so please make sure you bring this with you. You will not be issued with your tokens if you can't prove you are over 18.
Our box office team will then issue you with your festival glass, wristband, tokens and programme.
You're then set to enjoy all the delicious beers available at the festival!

Beer tokens can only be used to 'purchase' beer and cider. They are not eligible to be used for other drinks such as wine, spirits etc.
There will be other drinks and food available at the festival and you can purchase these with cash/card.
